I know first hand how hard it is to quit smoking and how effective Hypnosis can be. I use methods created by several different hypnotists. Methods that have been used in scientific studies and have been proven to have high success ratios.
Many of the habits associated with being overweight or underweight can be changed with Hypnosis. Everything from portion control, proper nutrition choices and motivation to exercise. With Hypnosis, we change the way you look at food and the habits that control you. 
Fears and Phobias can cause many difficulties in a persons life. I use Hypnosis to show you how to overcome your fears.

Depending on the severity of the condition some clients may be referred to other sources.

Many students need some help with test anxiety, study habits, and long term goal setting. In my academic motivation Hypnosis session, I use the Information and Needs assessment and the client and I create a plan Of action to implement with self Hypnosis techniques.
Your self image or self esteem is how you value yourself. I believe we are all created as high as the image of God. If you don't feel that value in yourself. I can show you why You are a true miracle with Hypnosis and Meditation.
I enjoy meditating with a group. Whether it is simple mindfulness meditations, or mantra meditations.

In our group meditations, you can feel connected with the universe and still be one with your feelings.

As a professional Hypnotist, I help people with habits, beliefs, and motivations. Most of my clientel come to me for smoking and weight management. I also facilitate Hypnosis for people with self esteem building, academic improvement, fears and procrastination.

My approach is methodical and I use techniques that have been scientifically proven to work with the majority of people while in a suggestible state of Hypnosis.

Group Sessions

Yes I do group Hypnosis and Meditation.

Currently, once a month I have a presentation covering a wide variety of issues that illustrate the benefits of Hypnosis. These presentations can be found at Modesto Hypnosis and Meditation Meetup Group.

I also have group meditations in the same venue every month.

Over 45% of the actions you perform each day are habits, routines, and patterns. This also includes habits like smoking and eating and the pattern of watching television in the evening. 

In my Keystone Habits class, I show the group how two or three small keystone habits can change your complete lifestyle if you are willing to make those changes.
